Refund Policy

Quick Steps to Return an Item

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • Email us first at custserv@americanwhistle.com to start your return — do not ship anything back without contacting us first.
  • Include your order number and the reason for return in your email.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
  • Wait for our reply — we'll send a return shipping label and the address to send your package to.
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Contact us immediately upon receipt so we can make it right.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Not returnable: sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized orders.

Full Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at custserv@americanwhistle.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided in our return authorization email — please do not ship items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, including engraved whistles) and sale items. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
